|IMPINGEMENT POLYBELT TUNNEL FREEZER|
The product are loaded manually or by spreader shaker on to the stainless steel band belt from one end, then the product travels in to the tunnel sections, where the high velocity, -35 Degree F. air blasts horizontally across the top of product surface and under the belt. The horizontal air direction alternates from one section to the next so as to achieve even freezing. The frozen product after it exist the tunnel sections, it release off the belt smoothly without marks. The product is frozen in the same form as it is being loaded on the inlet end.
STAINLESS STEEL BELTING
Cold Rolled Stainless Steel NC31 Band .040 (1.0mm) thick single true-tracked and prepared for overlapped riveting to an endless length.
All sheaves are aluminum.
Support sheaves filled with natural rubber Vee rope up 1/811 above sheave (to eliminate slipping of belt
Shafts and bearings are zinc plated
Doors and rear panel are all stainless steel material
Product guards is stainless steel with U.H.M.W. plastic seal down to belt
Frame of tubular steel, hot dip galvanized after fabrication
Tension device is heavy-duty coil string
Belt pre-wet pipe is stainless steel with brass nozzles.
Belt safety scraper is U.H.M.W. plastic blade
The feed length may vary to suit customers requirements
PVC return strand idler assembly
This terminal would not require bolting to the floor.
