DESIGNED FOR QUALITY
The ADVANCED FLUIDIZATION FREEZER is completely factory assembled and tested prior to shipping. The conveyor belting is made of stainless steel woven wire material. The conveyor supports is constructed with aluminum lined, low friction, food grade, plastic wear strips designed for minimum belt wear. The refrigeration coils are constructed from aluminum, designed for maximum heal-transfer efficiency and operation intervals. The frigid air is delivered from aluminum high-efficiency air foil centrifugal fans directly driven by high efficiency motors. The defrost left is constructed from galvanized steel pipes and brass nozzles. The freezer enclosure is constructed with 4 inch thick high-efficiency urethane. The enclosure skin is galvanized steel. Large access doors are located at critical locations for easy inspection, cleaning, and maintenance. The freezer is built to USDA, FDA, UL, CFIA .F.D.A., O.S.H.A. and C.S.A - Specifications & Standards.

Conveyor section consists of following parts: Conveyor Mesh Belting: All 304 stainless steel 72-24-16 balanced woven mesh with .30711 cross rods for support and carried by 2080 zinc plated side chains.
CONVEYOR BELT SUPPORTS
The mesh belt supports are made of combination of roller bed and aluminum flat bar protected by wear strips. Supports are spaced to assure even wear on the belting.
CONVEYOR PRODUCT GUARD
Product guard is constructed with all 16 ga. 304 2B stainless steel material and low friction wear strips at the contacting point to the mesh belt. The precool section product guards are insulated to assure minimum ice built up.
Each belt is individually hydraulic driven. Hydraulic motors are directly coupled through high ratio gear boxes and speed is controlled by pressure compensated flow control valves. Individual supply line is equipped with pressure relief valve to assure safety operating pressure in case of product jam or belt jam. The hydraulic power pack consists of pressure compensated hydraulic pump, electric motor, relief valve and oil reservoir.
The coil water defrost system is constructed of galvanized pipe with square pattern spray nozzles to assure even water distribution over entire coil area. The water supply left is self draining type to avoid any water trapping after defrost. The water supply is provided with filter to minimize nozzle plug up problem.
The freezing is provided by all aluminum variable fin plate fin coil to assure even frost built through out the inside of coil surface, for maximum production time intervals. The coils are over sized to handle maximum frost built up and efficient freezing capacity. The coil has 1" O.D. tubing with .0651, wall thickness 3003 alloy , The fins thick 1145H19 alloy. (NOTE Galvanized steel coil can be also provided as option).
The freezing air is provided by all aluminum heavy duty centrifugal fan directly driven. Our fan is selected for high efficiency and constant air delivery, to assure proper air flow at all time. The propeller blades are air foil and self draining and are made specially for freezing applications.
The freezer can be placed directly on the production plant, ready to be plumbed with refrigeration. Freezer enclosure is made of white fiberglass sheet finishing, complete with internal steel structure supports for strength. Enclosure insulation is 5.1" thick density foam urethane for maximum efficiency. (R =36.4 )
BELT WASHER AND DRYER
The belt washer and dryer is provided to remove any product and ice built up on the precool belt during operation. Heavy ice and product built up on belt will penalize the freezer performance. The freezer belt is provided with a washer .
ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL
Electrical control panel is stainless steel construction mounted on the outside wall of the enclosure, all externally pre wired for easy installation. The control panel is equipped with switches, motor starters that are all fused to protect each motor.
SHAKER SPREADER AND DEWATERING - OPTION
Important for good IQF. product, assures even distribution of product across the freezer belt plus dampening some of the uneven surge of product during production. The dewatering screen also provides extra dewatering of wet product surface, a extra assurance of efficient operation.
